Built-In Roles

EdgeSignal currently supports 3 basic roles:

• Account Owner

• Account Admin

• Account User

Changing a user's role

• Log in to the EdgeSignal platform

• Navigate to Users in the ADMINISTRATION section of the left-hand sidebar

• On the Users page, find the user you want to adjust (you can use the search bar for this)

• Click the Edit button to the far right

• In the Edit User page, click on the Role drop down menu to update the User's Role to either account-admin or account-user

• Click the Update User Role button to save the change
