# Invitations

### **Inviting a new user to an account**

* Log in to the EdgeSignal platform
* Navigate to ***Users*** in the **ADMINISTRATION** section of the left-hand sidebar
* On the *Users* page, click the ***Invite User*** button *(in the top right-hand corner of the page)*
* Enter the e-mail address of the user you want to invite into the *E-mail* field
* Select which permission you want the user to have from the ***Role*** drop-down menu (admin or user)
* Click the ***Invite*** button and the user will receive an email with instructions and a link to set up their account

### **Accepting a new user invite**

* When an invite has been sent the new user will receive an e-mail from **Auth0**, our authentication provider, and all they have to do is click on the ***Verify Link***
* The link will then bring the user into the EdgeSignal platform to get started

*\*\*If your user does not receive the e-mail, have them check their spam folder for any e-mails that                             come from **<no-reply@auth0user.net>***
