Inviting a new user to an account

  • Log in to the EdgeSignal platform

  • Navigate to Users in the ADMINISTRATION section of the left-hand sidebar

  • On the Users page, click the Invite User button (in the top right-hand corner of the page)

  • Enter the e-mail address of the user you want to invite into the E-mail field

  • Select which permission you want the user to have from the Role drop-down menu (admin or user)

  • Click the Invite button and the user will receive an email with instructions and a link to set up their account

Accepting a new user invite

  • When an invite has been sent the new user will receive an e-mail from Auth0, our authentication provider, and all they have to do is click on the Verify Link

  • The link will then bring the user into the EdgeSignal platform to get started
