Getting Started

After logging into Edge Signal Applications, the dashboard offers key data points, including Gateway Availability, Camera Availability, Average Total/Daily Visitors, and more.

All setup and settings adjustments can be made through the left-hand sidebar, which features the following sections:

  • Global Insights including Benchmarks and the ability to export data

  • Locations

  • ADMINISTRATION section that includes Locations, Gateways, Cameras, Workflows, Users, Activity Logs and Account settings.

Understanding the following hierarchy is essential during the onboarding process: First, define Locations, then claim Gateways for each location, and finally, add Cameras to the gateways.

To unlock the comprehensive capabilities of Edge Signal Applications and begin tailoring the platform to your specific needs, you must first set your Operating Hours and Time Zone under Account settings.
